PROJECT COORDINATOR
Our company is looking for a project coordinator to join our team.
-
Assist project managers on multiple projects, plan, and coordinate field construction team and schedule
-
Assist estimators with reviewing bid invites, managing bid calendar, and obtaining and organizing quotes from vendors
-
Organize and submit submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
-
Assist Service Manager with managing calls and dispatching
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
-
Strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to prioritize work assignments
-
Multi-tasker and Organized
-
Great customer service and a team attitude
-
Works well on own or in a team environment
-
Self-starter with strong work ethic
