PROJECT COORDINATOR

Our company is looking for a project coordinator to join our team.

  • Assist project managers on multiple projects, plan, and coordinate field construction team and schedule

  • Assist estimators with reviewing bid invites, managing bid calendar, and obtaining and organizing quotes from vendors

  • Organize and submit submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings

  • Assist Service Manager with managing calls and dispatching

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to prioritize work assignments

  • Multi-tasker and Organized

  • Great customer service and a team attitude

  • Works well on own or in a team environment

  • Self-starter with strong work ethic
